Hey, I am Leena. I've been dealing with MDD ever since I remember myself. It used to be a pleasure giving and relaxing activity when times were good. In my worst times it gave me a world to escape from reality but now that part has become an addiction because unfortunately my times are not getting better and this condition is only worsening it. I really need to take action in my real life or else I will be doomed, hence I have searched for help online and found this community. I really hope people here can help me get some tactics or ways about how they are dealing with it and coming out of it. Looking forward.

Welcome to the forum, Leena!
Your experience with MD is similar to a lot of us here--we begin with it being comforting and relaxing, but it eventually grows out of control and starts being a problem that prevents us from being able to actually do things in real life.
There are a number of helpful threads around the forum for dealing with MD, but you might want to check out the "help and research" board first, since its specifically dedicated to that.
