I realised I had issues when and have had issues with this for a while. It became all to apparent to me for the first time yesterday when I was trying to sort out my life. I'm trying to make positive changes, I did clean up a lot but I think I spent 5 or 6 hours just sitting in bed daydreaming. They're so vivid and all manner of things take place. Sometimes I daydream so deeply and vividly I will start making the noises or actions I'm daydreaming about as if I'm responding. I hope this place will be useful in trying to fix things but I thought I would introduce myself first though, hello everyone.
