So I'm Madu and I'm Brazilian ... Yes, I'm using a translator, my English is too confusing. I have suspected of having Excessive Daydreams for some years. I am a writer here in Brazil, which worsens my condition. My job requires me to enter fantasy worlds and I enter them. I imagine myself in them and when I see them I lost hours. I was suspected of schizophrenia and then psychotic depression, I also have social phobia, generalized anxiety and Panic syndrome. I don't know why I'm here ... I just ... I think I found what I have and I'm afraid of looking crazy (?). Thank you for listening to me. My daydreams arise from the worlds I read, so they may include animated characters, powers, or a sense of persecution. I lose our hours. I really wish I could ... not lose.

Welcome to the forum, Madu!
We're always here to listen, so feel free to talk more about your experiences and such. Don't worry about looking crazy, we all have fairly similar experiences (including the worry that we're crazy or alone in experiencing what we do), so we're not quick to judge.
